These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LocalMailboxes at localmailboxes.com, operated by BusinesSource LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By accessing the site or submitting a sponsorship reservation, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Each mailing consists of a single 8.5×11 full-color postcard delivered via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to approximately 5,000 households and businesses in a defined target area. The postcard features up to 15 sponsor spots, each assigned exclusively to one business per category.
By reserving a spot, you represent that: (a) you are authorized to advertise the business; (b) all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading; and (c) your ad content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Category exclusivity applies per mailing. If you reserve a spot and your category is already claimed for a given mailing, we will contact you to arrange an alternative mailing or issue a full refund.
The current fee for a sponsorship spot is $500.00 USD per spot, per mailing. Payment is processed at the time of reservation through Stripe.
Refund Policy: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once your design proof has been approved. Prior to proof approval, contact us within 48 hours of payment to request a full refund. If a mailing is cancelled by LocalMailboxes before delivery (e.g., due to failure to fill all 15 spots), you will receive a full refund of your spot fee.
Sponsorships are for a single mailing only and do not auto-renew. Future mailings require a new reservation.
After payment, we will contact you to collect your ad content — including your business name, logo, contact information, and any special offer or message. Our design team will create a proof incorporating your content and the content of all other sponsors on the postcard.
You will receive a proof for review and approval before printing. Once you approve the proof in writing (email confirmation is sufficient), the design is final and no further changes can be made. Printing begins once all 15 spots are filled and all proofs are approved.
We reserve the right to adjust formatting, sizing, or placement of your content to fit the postcard layout without altering your core messaging.

We reserve the right to reject any ad content that violates these prohibitions. In such cases, you will be given an opportunity to resubmit compliant content. If compliant content is not received within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and issue a full refund.
Delivery is handled exclusively by the United States Postal Service via the Every Door Direct Mail program. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or non-delivery caused by USPS. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary by route and postal facility. No refund is issued for USPS delivery delays outside our control.
By submitting ad content, you grant BusinesSource LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, reproduce, and distribute that content on the postcard for the purposes of the reserved mailing only.
The design, code, and original content of this website are the intellectual property of BusinesSource LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or scrape the site without prior written permission.
This site and the direct mail program are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific level of response, leads, or business results from your participation in a mailing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BusinesSource LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in this program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, or failure to achieve expected advertising results.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable mailing, or $500.00, whichever is less.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudon County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
